Gareth Francis started with WSP in 2008 in Stoke-on-Trent, England before relocating to the Nottingham Office at the end of 2009. Following the 2011 earthquake in Christchurch, he was given a four-month secondment in Hamilton and was then offered a permanent role in the Hamilton office at the end of the year. In 2013, he then moved to our Tauranga office.
Four years later, Gareth was promoted to his current role as Business Manager at the Tauranga office. Gareth is proud to be part of WSP, and his goal is to continue growing and developing the Tauranga business to contribute to the betterment of the organisation as a whole.
Gareth is part of WSP, because he has been given continuous support and opportunity to advance his career. He also notes that one of our guiding principles – we are locally dedicated with international scale – highlights one of the benefits of being part of WSP. We have the opportunity to work on incredible projects locally while collaborating with global experts.
