The full name of Paeroa is Te Paeroa o Toi te Huatahi, meaning the long range of Toi te Huatahi. Toi te Huatahi was a famous explorer who named many places. In recognition of his incredible intrepid ability, Paeroa was named after him.


Needed is a Work Group Manager - Property and Buildings to join our thriving Paeroa office. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional results for our clients and our stakeholders by maximising commercial and project outcomes. You will be a proven leader, a natural at client management and ideally you will have had a mix of public and private experience. This is an exciting opportunity to really build and develop a work portfolio while enjoying the work life balance that the Coromandel offers.


Skills and Experience:


•          5+ years in a leadership position

•          Proven experience building business and strong client relationships in both public and private sectors.

•          Proven Leadership experience in leading multidisciplinary and building diverse teams.

•          A relevant qualification or work experience

•          Current clean Drivers Licence
