We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Director – Aviation to join our New Zealand business. You can be based out of either Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch. This is a national role where you will have access to WSP global aviation experts.
The Role:

Shape the establishment and growth of an aviation delivery team providing landside, airside and terminal design services by accessing broader aviation capability within WSP nationally and internationally.
Provide overall direction and leadership for successfully securing and delivering aviation projects.
Promote WSP as a leading supplier of aviation related services
Undertake assigned Client Relationship Management and Business development responsibilities to support the growth of the aviation sector
To work collaboratively as a senior member of WSP to achieve the goals and objectives in line with WSP ’s strategic objectives
Actively undertake business development and marketing, with the aim of creating income streams for the wider WSP team
Assist in developing long-term strategic and business plans, annual business plans in collaboration with the Ports, Marine & Aviation team

Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 15 years professional experience as a civil engineering professional, with significant exposure to the aviation sector
Demonstrated business growth and project delivery within a collaborative contracting environment in New Zealand
