We are looking for a Principal Engineer to join our Hamilton team. With a string of high profile projects ahead, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the leadership of the structures teams across a range of technically challenging and unique development.  You will also support the strategic growth of the business through the development of strong client relationships and the commercial management of projects and service delivery.

The Role:
 
  • Be part of teams delivering landmark New Zealand projects
  • Fully flexible working environment with high levels of autonomy
  • Senior role in a team of over 100 Structural Engineers 
  • Work with a wide range of major clients across several industry verticals

Skills and Experience:
 
  • Excellent technical understanding or client management skill set 
  • Natural leadership with experience in managing project teams through large complex schemes 
  • Minimum 10 years' experience with exposure to a range of project types in New Zealand 
  • BEng Civil or equivalent with CPEng status
