We have two exciting opportunities for experienced Mechanical Engineers to step into Team lead roles within WSP. Based in Auckland, these roles will provide you with incredible opportunity for professional development as you lead a talented and passionate team working on a diverse range of projects across the Auckland, Waikato regions and beyond. 
Reporting to the Work Group Manager - Mechanical, you will be responsible for contributing to the leadership of the work group, allocating and managing the flow of work to maximise utilisation, while maintaining technical excellence and adding value to WSP and our clients.

You will have:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification, preferably a Chartered Engineer or working towards
  • 7+ years professional experience 
  • A high level of business acumen and the ability to maintain and create new client relationships.
  • In-depth and robust practical knowledge of relevant construction practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
