Fantastic opportunity for a Manager Corporate Property of New Zealand to join our Wellington, Auckland or Christchurch office.

The Role:


Reporting to the General Manager People, you will be responsible for managing the WSP Leased Property Portfolio for NZ including managing the budgets for all property facilities expenditure and capital expenditure for leasehold improvements and fixture, fitting and furniture. You will create an environment with the goal of attracting and retaining top talent, to consistently monitor, evaluate and develop improved economics, supporting health and wellbeing as well as creating a sustainable environment. 

About you

You're ambitious, incredibly driven and have a proven ability to influence business leaders and Senior executives to deliver on time. You will be strategic, respectful and can develop people to their fullest potential. Ideally, you'll be coming from a nationwide organisation however, this is not a deal breaker. 
Skills and Experience: 
  • Solid experience in multiple project delivery demonstrating value add to the business
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant Property experience, along with a Business-Related Qualification
  • Current clean Drivers Licence - domestic and international travel may be involved as and when required 
  • Effective time management and strong strategic and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated people management experience
